Príncipe de Viana launches ORGANIC Garnacha Tinta wine

May 8th, 2018. Bodegas Príncipe de Viana launch their first ORGANIC wine from Garnacha Tinta grapes.

Last year, Príncipe de Viana’s wines experienced a giant leap towards the recognition of their natural origin. The European Union’s seal Suitable for Vegans was the first confirmation to arrive. Consumers following a vegan diet can rest assured that every Príncipe de Viana wine adapts to their lifestyle.

Early Spring 2018 brought the launch of the first organic Garnacha Blanca of the 2017 vintage which today is finally joined by an ORGANIC GARNACHA TINTA Príncipe de Viana wine.

Leader of sales and export of wines with denomination of origin in Navarra, since its foundation in 1983 Bodegas Príncipe de Viana has tried to respond to the demands of a society increasingly concerned to combine both pleasure and health.

With the Garnacha Tinto Ecológico, Príncipe de Viana offers the solution that so many of us urge from current wines: 100% natural, terroir-driven wines with a pure natural origin, from vineyards managed with the greatest respect for the environment, the fields, rivers and forests that surround them, as the only genuine source of any product.

The constant attention to this premise makes Príncipe de Viana Garnacha Tinto Ecológico possible, a delight of a wine with all the flavour and intense aromas of red and stone fruits, such as peaches, enhanced by the short ageing in oak barrels to donate complexity and structure while maintaining the typical notes of fresh fruit of the Garnacha Tinta.

A strong commitment to quality is the key to this and all of Príncipe de Viana wines and has marked the path of the Navarra cellar over the years. Awards from the most reputed names and contests have recognized Bodegas Príncipe de Viana efforts. Guía Peñín, the American magazine International Wine Cellar, or The Wine Advocate (Robert Parker) are only some of the experts who have acknowledged Príncipe de Viana’s philosophy.
