December 2017. Príncipe de Viana Reserva 2013 receives a GOLD MEDAL from the Tempranillos al Mundo wine contest.

This international wine competition has awarded the quality of the Príncipe de Viana Reserva, a 100% Red Tempranillo with distinctive flavours of ripe fruit rounded by hints of pleasant aromas resulting from the ageing in oak barrels. The typicity of the Tempranillo grape from the property’s vineyards, with the complexity of a fine ageing.

Príncipe de Viana Reserva displays aromas of ripe red and black fruit -blackcurrants, cherries and plums, balanced with a well-integrated wood which adds notes of cinnamon and cocoa to the bouquet. Good sweet tannins and a long finish with delicious fruit and toast notes. Warm and complex, this wine opens up gently on the palate.
