We don’t normally focus on the visuals because they are all outstanding, but this one perhaps ranks as an A+ for its intense purple red that leaves no one indifferent.
On the nose, it is serious, complex, and robust. It displays a multitude of aromas thanks to its glass and the selection of these small plots. The red fruit of the Tempranillo, the black licorice of the Syrah, the black pepper of the Cabernet Sauvignon, and, of course, the fruitiness of the Garnacha, emerge.
A wine that respects history, with absolute integration of alcohol, rich acidity, a spicy finish, savory, and, most importantly, fresh.
